MI OPINION
Es un disco conceptual: Todas las canciones van seguidas y entrelazadas sin descanso entre ellas. Carole King, como dice en la canción del mismo título que el disco, se hará pasar por mujer o hombre, negro o blanco: se meterá en la piel de un personaje y hablará por él. Las letras tratan de lo cotidiano y toca temas espinosos, como el peligro del mundo de las drogas en "Haywood".En este disco hay mucho rhythm and blues y ritmos latinos. De hecho uno de los singles, "Corazón", está cantado en español. En España también tuvo cierto éxito. Otro single fue "Believe In Humanity". Carole King y Charles Larkey son los principales artifices de este disco. Todos los temas están firmados por Carole king y será ella también quien arreglará y dirigirá incluso todos los instrumentos de cuerda y viento.Tom Scott tocará el saxo en algún tema.Mis temas favoritos : "A Quiet Place To Live" o "Being At War With Each Other".
